About Us
The Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation is an all-volunteer group of citizens dedicated to supporting the community through the stewardship of funds allocated to the foundation by the City of Coon Rapids (through charitable gambling funds) and through community donations.
At-Large Membership– 9 Positions (All Currently Filled)
All at-large members will serve two (2) year terms with members 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 elected in odd numbered years and members 2, 4, 6 and 8 elected in even numbered years.

Become A Member Of Our Board
The Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation board of directors has the authority to appoint at-large members to our foundation board. At-large directors shall consist of residents of the City of Coon Rapids and businesses within the City of Coon Rapids who have a desire to promote the purposes and objectives of our corporation.
Periodically an at-large position becomes available and when that happens we will take nominations from the currrent board of directors as well as via application through this website page.
Each individual/business nominated will be asked to appear at a board meeting so we can get to know you a little better! Elections take place in January each year.
